Micro Needling

Microneedling, also known as collagen induction therapy, is a minimally invasive cosmetic procedure that involves using a device with fine needles to create tiny punctures in the top layer of the skin. These micro-injuries stimulate the body's natural wound-healing processes, resulting in increased collagen and elastin production. As the skin repairs itself, it becomes firmer, smoother, and more even in tone and texture. Microneedling is commonly used to improve the appearance of acne scars, fine lines and wrinkles, enlarged pores, and uneven skin tone. It can be performed on the face, neck, chest, and hands, and is suitable for most skin types.

At Mobile Medical, we are excited to offer microneedling services, a fantastic approach to skin rejuvenation. This minimally invasive treatment, often referred to as collagen induction therapy, employs a specialized device that uses fine needles to create tiny micro-injuries in the skin. This process stimulates your body’s natural healing mechanisms, leading to a noticeable boost in collagen and elastin production—both essential for maintaining skin elasticity, firmness, and an overall youthful appearance. Clients can look forward to improvements in skin texture, a reduction in fine lines and wrinkles, diminished scars, and a more even skin tone.

Before your treatment, we will conduct a thorough consultation to discuss your goals, examine your skin type, and determine the best course of action for you. It’s important to share any skin conditions, medications, or allergies you may have. We recommend avoiding blood thinners, retinoids, and certain skincare products for at least a week prior to your appointment. Staying hydrated is also crucial, and we typically apply a topical numbing cream about half an hour before the procedure to ensure your comfort. Following the treatment, you may experience some mild redness and swelling, similar to a sunburn, which should subside within a few hours to a few days. This reaction is an encouraging sign that your body is healing. To support recovery, we advise avoiding direct sun exposure, strenuous exercise, and hot showers for at least 48 hours. We'll provide gentle cleansing and soothing serums or moisturizers to aid in the healing process.

For those seeking even more revitalization, we offer the option to combine microneedling with PRP (platelet-rich plasma). This powerful treatment enhances the benefits of microneedling by utilizing growth factors derived from your own blood, which promotes faster healing and tissue repair. The result is improved skin texture and accelerated collagen production, allowing you to tackle various concerns such as fine lines and acne scars effectively. Additionally, microneedling paired with polynucleotides, also known “Salmon DNA” is another excellent choice. Polynucleotides are bioactive compounds that support cellular renewal, leading to healthier skin, enhanced hydration, and improved elasticity, ultimately giving you a radiant glow.

To achieve the best results, we typically recommend a series of about three microneedling sessions. This approach allows your skin to progressively improve after each treatment, maximizing the overall benefits. We also offer a cost-effective package for three sessions, making it not only a smart investment in your long-term skin health but also an easy way to save on your rejuvenation journey. At our med spa, we truly believe that our microneedling services, especially when combined with PRP or polynucleotides, provide an innovative and effective path to achieving the glowing, youthful skin you desire. Rest assured, with careful planning before and after the treatment, we're here to ensure you have a fantastic experience and achieve exceptional results.

How Microneedling Works

Microneedling with PRP

Platelet Rich Plasma (PRP) therapy uses the infusion of concentrated platelets harvested from the patient’s blood to accelerate healing in a specific area. It contains two elements – plasma, the liquid portion of the blood, and platelets. The platelets play a vital role in healing and contain growth factors that stimulate cell reproduction and tissue regeneration in the treated area. The patient’s blood is obtained through a simple blood draw and placed in a centrifuge to spin to create this platelet-rich plasma. The centrifuge is necessary to separate the platelets from the remainder of the blood and create a concentrate referred to as platelet rich plasma. Because the treatments use a patient’s own blood, PRP infusions are safe and can be administered alone or in conjunction with other procedures.

Process

First, a microneedling tool is used to puncture the skin and make numerous holes in the skin’s surface. PRP is then applied to the skin’s surface and allowed to penetrate the holes created by microneedling. PRP can enhance collagen and elastin production in deeper skin levels. Microneedling with PRP effectively treats acne scars, surgical scars, wrinkles, and fine lines, hyperpigmentation, sun damage, large pores, uneven skin texture irregularities, and it helps to decrease the appearance of stretch marks. The addition of PRP to microneedling produces superior results over microneedling alone.

Microneedling with PRP ( Plasma Rich Protein/“Vampire Facial”) enhanced with plasma-rich protein . Microneedling stimulates collagen production, improving skin texture, reducing scars, and minimizing wrinkles. When combined with PRP or polynucleotides, you enhance the healing process and achieve a glowing, youthful complexion. This innovative approach offers a natural solution for skin rejuvenation and a renewed sense of confidence.

DAO Botox

DAO Botox targets the depressor anguli oris muscle in the lower face. This muscle is specifically responsible for creating frown lines. As we age, the DAO muscle weakens, resulting in a permanent downward turn of the mouth. Luckily, regular Botox injections into the DAO muscles can reverse these signs of aging by relaxing these muscles and allowing you to say goodbye to that frown and hello to a more youthful, refreshed appearance. In addition, DAO Botox is also the perfect treatment for reducing lines, wrinkles, and dimples around the injection sites.

Chin Botox

Chin Botox treatments target chin dimples, sometimes called “orange peel chin.” Dimpling and wrinkling on the chin can sometimes be unavoidable as we age. Botox injections in the chin can help alleviate these wrinkles and lines for a smoother chin free from dimples. During the treatment, the Botox formula limits the movement of the muscles underneath the skin, allowing those responsible for the chin dimpling to relax and the skin of the chin to smooth out.

Neck Botox for Platysma Bands

If you notice more lines on your neck as you age, Platysma Band Botox can help! Neck Botox is the perfect solution for people noticing an influx in platysma bands as they get older. Botox injections into the neck help smooth the skin of the neck for a more youthful, rejuvenated appearance free from painfully obvious platysma bands.

Nose Botox for Bunny Lines

Nose Botox is a highly skill-sensitive procedure that is the perfect non-surgical way to perfect the nose by reducing bunny lines and creating the appearance of a more elongated and slenderer nose.

Underarm Botox for Hyperhidrosis

Hyperhidrosis or excessive sweating can significantly hinder your life, not to mention embarrassment. Botox is the first FDA-approved injectable capable of treating this disorder, preventing excessive sweating, and allowing you to live free from the embarrassment of sweaty armpits. Underarm Botox injects into the glands responsible for producing sweat, temporarily paralyzing them so they do not overproduce sweat, leaving you feeling dry, fresh, clean, and comfortable!
